How It Works:

The GDA Mentorship Program now uses a personalized one‑to‑one pairing model that matches each mentee with an experienced member dentist. Pairings are based on factors such as preferred local district, practice setting, and specialty interests to ensure a meaningful and relevant mentorship experience.

It is recommended for mentors and mentees to connect monthly using the communication method that works best for both of you. To help you get started, we provide conversation guides, resources, and ongoing check‑ins throughout the program. Our membership team is excited to support you every step of the way and ensure your mentorship experience is meaningful, engaging, and rewarding.
