Transaction Interruptions

Be advised that from August 31 to September 10, our GDA/ADA member management system will undergo an update. During this period, you may experience interruptions in the following online services:

  • Registering for or purchasing continuing education on the GDA website.
  • Access to previously purchased CE or recorded webinars.
  • Other online membership transactions.   

Please plan ahead and complete all time-sensitive CE and membership transactions before Aug. 30.

FAQ's

How does this affect recorded webinars I have purchased from the GDA in the past?

You will not be able to view them from September 3 - 9. Additionally, you will not be able to access the certificate that is available to download. 

I need to complete MATE training for my DEA license renewal. How can I do so?

Please purchase and view prior to August 30. Recorded MATE webinars will be again be available for purchase and viewing on September 10. Plan accordingly if your license expires during this time.

I would like to purchase recorded webinars from the GDA.

Access to purchasing recorded webinars will be unavailable from August 31 - September 9. Please check out our website on September 10 to complete your purchase.
